IN MY OWN WORDS: SARA'S BIRTH.
As an artist, I was searching for that masterpiece...
The novella began after a late night rambling at a local coffee shop when I was in college. My classmates began discussing philosophy and religions debating what was myth and what was factually. In a very heated debate, I was uncouthly pulled in. They wanted me to explain why my Savior was more then a fairytale.
Afterwards, I excitedly wanted to make art that would witness for the Lord. I went home and began to write and illustrate SARA. I am very blessed by it and like to share it with the world.
Some people preach... I make art and sometimes I write.

Summary of Book I - SARA
From isolation and insanity wakes a realm of wonder to where what lies beyond? Is it real? What is reality? May dreams breath?
One girl’s pain and suffering will take us past the fabric of our own world into... "Once upon a time in the land of Faesyde’ faeries and angels slumbered, loved and fought for their right to believe"... in themselves and God’s love.
Sara Walker is not your typical teenager. Something just isn't right up there. Her mind is slowly crumbling from weariness & schizophrenia and any chance of Sara leading a "normal" life seems surely to be hanging by a thread. Sara only wants to be a healthy "normal" teenager but battling schizophrenia is the least of her worries when her parents die and it's either become a ward of the state or live with an ailing grandmother. Within the cabin walls of her grandmother’s home, Sara finds a peace that tears down the invisible barriers between her illness and years of neglect her parent's harbored. That peace is the love of Jesus Christ. Breaking these bounds, Sara suddenly finds herself on an adventure in a faery land hidden within the vast ethereal elements of nature itself? Could this be real? A question Sara must answer to save herself and stop the spiritual holocaust of Faesyde’. |
